We've had a crazy week of transportation with two of our buses down and waiting on parts! These drivers have stepped up and made it happen! Thanks Marsha, Brian, Joe and our new sub Richard for stepping up and getting the job done!

The ELS staff hosted the Cass County Sheriff's Department and the East Lynne Volunteer Fire Department for our first safety training of the year. We discussed the proper use of fire extinguishers and had effective conversations about protocols and the procedures to keep our school community safe!
We appreciate ELVFD members Scott, Jack and Judy for coming out to work and train our staff. Thanks also to Sgt. Claibourn for his time and expertise.

Each week we will be highlighting one of our ELS staff members. This week we highlight Mrs. Jessica Crusha. Mrs. Crusha is not only our amazing fourth grade teacher , but she also is an ELS Alumnus! We are so thrilled to have her come full circle and teach here at East Lynne 40 School District.
